Certified as a clinical research auditor, she performs research department compliance risk assessments and GCP clinical trial audits. She has been a nurse for more than 30 years and has worked with well-known researchers at Baylor College of Medicine and Houston Methodist Research Institute, where she learned how to do clinical research. She developed proficiency in regulatory operations and compliance, research project coordination, coverage analysis, budget development, and negotiations. She graduated from Texas Woman’s University at the Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas.
